Marked hiking trails lead you on a total of over 300 kilometers of core hiking trails through natural landscapes and romantic river valleys. At the highest point, at 789 meters, you can experience a breathtaking view of the pure beauty of the Ore Mountains on the Schwartenberg.
You can traverse the low mountain range landscape of the Ore Mountains on two internationally significant hiking trails: The Ore Mountains-Vogtland ridge trail takes you 285 kilometers from Altenberg in the Eastern Ore Mountains along the entire Ore Mountain ridge through the Vogtland to Thuringia.
